On successful completion of their studies, all students should
-
have learned to apply critical and analytical reasoning and to present logical and concise arguments.
-
have developed problem solving skills.
-
have learned to assimilate and manipulate substantial bodies of knowledge.
-
have had the opportunity to take options outside their main area of study.
-
have covered the core topics of advanced mathematics which the Department considers appropriate to their degree programme.

-
As per our University norms, we conducted Internal, External and Practical Examinations.
-
In the Evaluation of students, depending on the marks of the students they are
Categorized in to three regions:
1.Advanced Learners. 2. Moderate Learners. 3. Slow Learners.
REMEDIAL COACHING
Remedial Coaching is organizing at our department to improving academic skills and linguistic proficiency of the weak learners in Mathematics subjects. Under the scheme the Department arranges special lectures on Mathematics subjects without disturbing the regular classes. The progress of the students is evaluated on the basis of written examination.
Student Prograssion and Placement:
-
Higher Education: Most of our students are pursuing higher studies in different universities.
-
Placement: Most of the students who are trained in the department are getting employment in various departments
a) lane to conduct soft skill training on regular basis
b) To encourage a greater number of students to get PG seats in the Universities
c) Plan to conduct national seminar
d) Plan to strengthen the Alumni association of the department.
e) Encouraging students to use ICT tools.
